▷ We cannot be responsible for loss or corruption of any data when formatting or working on any Computer or hard drives, it is the client’s responsibility to in writing, inform us of any data to be saved or backed up. Without written backed up data requests we assume Computer can be wiped without saving any current data. We may contact you to inform you that a format is required and then we would normally require client to request data saved.
▷ All Software's and Data are of client responsibility, please backup all the data before submitting for repair. Alternatively we can make personal data backup for an extra charge.
▷ Any estimates and/or quotes for product / service are valid for 2 days only from given date.
▷ If your computer contain a hardware/software fault and we cannot repair it on site, we can take it and bring it back repaired with extra charge for pickup & drop facility if you agree.
▷ All repairs of Laptop / Desktop / Printer / Server / Monitor are warranted for 24 hours from the date & time of Closed Call.
▷ This warranty applies only to those items which were found defective and repaired, it does not apply to products in which no defect was found and returned as is or merely recalibrated. Out of warranty products may not be capable of being returned to the exact original specifications or dimensions.
▷ In case of repeat issue/problem we can only be liable to give free service not on spare parts need to be installation at workshop or on address provided at the time of call logged.
▷ In no event we will be not liable for any loss or damage including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damages whatsoever arising from use of parts or loss of use of, data or profits arising out of, or in connection with.
▷ On-site services and response times:
1. Performed during Standard Business Hours.

▷ Replacement Policy:
3. No advance replacement will be issued unless the faulty is returned as per manufacturer terms.
4. If you want, on behalf of you we will provide the replacement service(pick n drop) on chargeable basis as per manufacturer terms.
▷ Payment Terms:
5. Diagnosis fees at the time of Pick-up, remaining at the time of delivery or completion of work. No credit is available.
6. We will hold your computer as security until payment has been received in full.
7. It is payable even if we determine that the laptop is not faulty, that the fault is not repairable, or you decide not to proceed with the repair. You have to payable minimum diagnosis charge ₹ 450/-
▷ Privacy & Policy
8. All communication is logged and recorded to and from for customer satisfaction and fraud prevention purposes.This includes all phone calls (incoming and outgoing), SMS, Whatsapp chat, Emails, etc.. Communication is treated with strictest confidence but telephone calls may be used as proof of verbal accepted quotes.
9. Any Customer information (such as Name, Address or email address) that we hold will not be sold or passed on to any other 3rd party companies or anyone that does not work for us. We reserve the right to pass details (including address or details of all types of communications) if required.
